Structural Features of the Paper Machine
This paper machinery is ideal for making different varieties of household paper in a nominal grammage of 13-30g/m² from wood pulp board, waste paper, timber, bamboo, rice straw, bagasse and other pulp. The paper machine designed for producing kraft paper and corrugated paper uses wood pulp board, waste paper, timber, bamboo, rice straw, bagasse, and other pulps to produce the paper at 50 to 300g/m². The machine is primarily used to make Kraft paper, corrugated paper, cardboard paper, and more. Trimmed width of the paper ranges form 1092mm to 3300mm. The design capacity of the packaging and wrapping paper machine is 10-150t/d.
This packaging paper machine is designed for both single and double layers. It comes in a variety of models, including the 1092 type, 1575 type, 1760 type, 1880 type, 2100 type, 2400 type, 2880 type, 3200 type，3600 type，4200 type and 4800 type. We offer a full set of pulp molding machines in a variety of models, including single face, four face, eight face, and twelve face options. The pulp molder comes with two molding plates, of 8 faces and 12 faces, as well as one transfer plate. Each molding plate can be installed with 4 sets of egg tray molds, allowing for a capacity of 30 eggs. The machine can be equipped with a total of 52 molds. Along with the egg tray, this pulp molding equipment can be used to produce fruit trays and industrial trays.
The production process of the pulp molding machine is comprised of 4 main parts: pulping, mixing, forming, drying, and hot pressing and shaping. Pulp with a certain consistency is mixed in a series of processes including disintegrating, screening, and water injection. The pulp will then be turned into wet blanks on special metal dies using vacuum absorption. The semi-finished products will undergo drying and hot pressing processes before being shaped into the final end product.

The hydrapulpers comes with a capacity of 60-370t/d. They change the flow direction of the pulp in circular pulpers, ensuring the flow is always centripetal. Additionally, the paper pulper can improve the pulp height at the central part, and increase the number of impacts to the agitator blades from the pulp, enhancing the pulp disintegrating capacity by 30%. The ZDS series is a horizontal hydrapulper, and has a capacity of 5-60t/d. The paper equipment is equipped with a disintegrating device that applies P and S Vokes rotors, and ensures a low energy consumption, but excellent disintegrating effects. High Consistency Pulper
The ZGS series high consistency pulper is mainly used for pulp board and is primarily used for pulp board and waste paper disintegration, broke and waste paper deinking, and pulp purification. The capacity of this high consistency pulping system is 3-80t/d.
Under a high consistency, this pulper can achieve a rapid waste paper disintegration and deinking. Due to its large production capacity, low energy consumption, steam and chemical economy, easy maintenance, long service life, low noise, small vibration and stable operation, it saves up to 50% in water and energy.
